The Mother Daughter Puzzle with Author Rosjke Hasseldine – April 7 from 1-4 pm $60

This interactive workshop will enlighten participants and give them insight into the sometimes complicated relationship between mother and daughter. Rosjke Hasseldine, an internationally known expert on this subject will assist in providing a guideline to connect the dots btween these relationships and women’s role in society.

Immunity & Essential Oils with Bindy – December 1 from 6:30-8:30pm $35

Join Bindy as she discusses the benefits of essential oils, shares immunity recipes and guides you through making your own Young Living Essential Oil 10ml Immunity Blend, Immunity Foaming Hand Soap and Every Day Cleaning Spray. All focused around immunity. Each participant will leave with the three products they have made and a beginners essential oils info packet. The recipes Bindy shares are what she uses at home.

Yin Yoga Workshop with Kristen Lamarre – Saturday Jan 6 at 2pm – $20
Start the new year right by taking some time for yourself! Kristen Lamarre will show you how yin yoga can help you reach your wellness goals this new year.

Yin yoga is the perfect balance to our fast paced yang style lives! It is a slower, more meditative practice characterized by gentle postures held for several minutes. These postures are designed to release tension and gently rehabilitate the muscles and connective tissues that make up our joints. This workshop will be a well rounded approach to opening the body as well as turning inwards to cultivate an awareness of ourselves.

Kristen will begin with an introduction on the yin style of yoga and how to safely work with these long holds.

Beginners are welcome.
